This picture cracks me up. Santa didnt understand what a "Kung Zhu" was, so Zach told him louder. He later told me he didnt think Santa knew what Zhu -Zhu pets were so he probably wouldnt get one for Christmas. He was very sad about that. Luckily Mommy and Daddy had already gotten them each one and they were under our tree nicely wrapped.
Im not sure what was going through Eli's mind this year when he got to visit Santa. He just sat and looked at him funny, hardly talking to Santa at all.
But the goats are always a hit. We love feeding those funny creatures. The Donkey even gave us a show this year, honking away loudly.
After feeding the animals, drinking cocoa, and talking to Santa it was time to head home. The boys figured out last year that not every Santa we see is real. I mean come on, how can he be all over the place in December when he needs to be at the North Pole getting ready for Christmas Eve? They knew all too well that Santa has helpers, and those helpers tell the real Santa about us visiting them. Dont you wish as adults we all still saw everything through magic? Well, this year Santas helper was given a very special task by the real Santa. To deliver a package to the Waibel Family. We were told to keep our eye out for the surprise. Hmmm what could that mean? The boys were so funny...they looked under cars, garbage cans, in a pile of hay, etc on our walk back to our LOCKED car. To our amazement, Santa snuck a little package in between the boys car seats.
They could not wait until December 18th! It was a fun countdown.
